About: Ariel

Ariel is no longer interning for Worn Through. We wish her the best.

Ariel earned her Bachelors degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Visual Arts and went on to receive a Masters degree from New York University in Visual Culture: Costume Studies. There, she grew her interest in the study of uniforms and conducted her thesis research on flight attendant’s uniforms in the 1960s, was awarded the George T.
