Association of Dress Historians (ADH), New Research Conference

Call For Papers: The Association of Dress Historians supports and promotes the study and professional practice of dress and textile history. The ADH welcomes innovative, interdisciplinary, and critical research papers or those that add to or challenge established studies. In particular, the ADH would like to hear from:
- Postgraduate students who are researching a dissertation or thesis
- Curators who wish to discuss recent or future exhibitions
- Independent researchers embarking upon new projects
Submission Requirements: Please submit a proposal as a Word document that includes a descriptive paper title, a 200-word abstract, a 100-word biography, and contact information to Jennifer Daley, ADH Events Secretary, at Jennifer.Daley@kcl.ac.uk. Each speaker will be allotted fifteen minutes. The deadline for submissions is 10 November 2015. Notification of the outcome will be advised by e-mail on or before 20 November 2015. Speakers do not have to pay the conference admission fee, though the ADH does require that all speakers become members of the association by the time of the conference.
