We’re so excited to be able to offer another book giveaway! (Contest over!) Remember months ago when I reviewed A Cultural History of Fashion in the 20th and 21st Centuries and hinted at a future contest? It’s here! This book could be yours. Just like in the last contest, the first person to correctly answer all four of the following questions correctly will win a copy of A Cultural History of Fashion! Many thanks to Rachael for these queries, which will send you back through the WT archives:

1. Mellissa wrote about a documentary recounting the legendary 1973 fashion show that catapulted African American models and American sportswear designers onto the European stage. What is the film called?
2. Jenna wrote about a 1956 London fashion show that showcased which accessory?
3. Tove reported on insects in fashion earlier this year; what insect imagery did she report Sarah Burton having used in her Alexander McQueen S/S 2013 show?
4. In Brenna’s post about Military Appropriations, why did Rudi Gnreich garner criticism for one of his lines?

Email your answers to arianna @ wornthrough.com to win! The contest closes this Friday, September 27 or whenever we have a winner. I hope you’ll take a minute to read the great posts in which these answers lie after sending in your entry, and mention Worn Through any time someone borrows your new introduction to fashion history for class!
