With the introduction of the church into aboriginal lives the respect that was there for all persons within the community was smashes. Homophobianow exists within these same nations and difference is no longer celebrated or honored as it once was. Why is the public so full of hate and ignorance. Why is the way a person chooses to express themselves in clothing so wrong? The people who choose to be ignorant in trying to make people conform to what "society" terms acceptable is absurdity. Why would we want to be what everyone esle is if that does not make us happy. Society makes it so that 'hate crimes' exist by allowing conformity to be the norm.
